Neutral Presence

Likes other names like: Neu, Neut, Prez, Pressie, etc (alternate spellings are fine too). Another Pegasus Mare OC of mine. This time, the Special Talent is going unnoticed. Until she brings attention to herself through contact, noise, or when things make no sense (eg, should she bleed in front of you before you know she's there), she is pretty much invisible. Stare right at where she is, and you sort of see through her. Hence the bell, created by a new friend by the name of Union (rest of name will be added later). Neu just calls her Une.
